This new vacancy requires an experienced Service Delivery Manager to work with a key client and ensure the success and expansion of this account.
Job Description
Working closely with an experienced operations team this role will take ownership of the customer service team, team leader and report to an Operations Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a very experienced Team Leader within the Shared Services / or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry, a Junior Operations Manager or a commercial Account Manager with strong operations and client account management experience.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management - ensure a positive and smooth renewal of the account with the client. Key relationship building responsibility, understanding the client requirements, objectives & direction. Responsible for ensuring quality and compliance.
- Deliver Client Objectives - Deliver outlined KPI’s, ensure quality metrics are continually achieved, overall responsibility for forecasting, recruitment, scheduling of the account.
- Team Management and Development - responsible for driving performance across a customer service team and team leader
- Revenue & Profitability - Development of business plan, forecasting, strong business acumen, proven ability to interpret P&L reports, overall responsibility for delivery of accounts within budget.
- Account Growth and Development - responsible for growing revenue across the account and exploring and maximising opportunities.
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in an Operational role, or a Senior Team Lead position with operational responsibilities within the relevant industry as below
- Previous shared services or business process outsourcing (BPO) experience is required - experience of working in or managing finance, accounting or administration processes an advantage
- Previous experience working within the Public and/or Energy Sector is desirable
- B2B Account Management experience
- Experienced in performance management, people and metrics
- Experienced in identifying, assessing and developing activities to improve
- Previous experience of operational budgetary control
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Ideally educated to Degree level
