My Client are a Global Leader in Computer Testing. They have a presence in over 160 countries around the Globe, and have a busy office based in Dublin 2.

They are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and prospective Clients. The Account Manager will work closely with other teams to ensure service level commitments are delivered and to maximise new revenue opportunities.

The Role:

  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen these business partnerships.
  • Communicate client requirements internally within a timely manner to ensure smooth and cost effective project implementation.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and convert into profitable new business, and assist with other sales and marketing activities.
  • Interact closely with Country Manager and Client Services Team to gather, monitor and analyse performance data and ongoing strategy on a monthly basis.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of Account management experience
  • A strong understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
