Account Manager (35-45k Salary)

My client an established teleco company, is currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing sales department. Excellent salary and benefits on offer to the right candidate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer account and relationship management
  • Maintain and increase client satisfaction
  • Professional and accurate management of customer report matrix
  • Deliver revenue target for Retail based accounts
  • To consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • Deliver SLA & maintain KPI’s for assigned customer
  • Manage range performance and oversee range review process
  • Manage product promotional calendar, in store incentives and sales initiatives Produce weekly report pack for your assigned account
  • Works closely and builds solid relationships with other team, especially credit control, purchasing & customer care to deliver total holistic offering to customer
  • To continually review customer requirements and proactively introduce new products where applicable
  • To identify ways of maximising profitability to the company on the existing range of products supplied, bundle offers, perfect partners & special manufacture deals.
  • Manage team of field based Retail support merchandisers
  • Production of a daily activity plan
  • To manage own performance and attendance in accordance with Company processes
